Download the list you want, save it on disk and import it into ProxySel.

It is also possible, to collect proxies from a WebPage directly.

1. enable the "webpage selection importer" in the ProxySel menu
2. select an area on a webpage with the desired proxys you want.
3. press the right mouse button
